Account Manager

Description of Job:
I am responsible for selling the company's products to school districts in my specified geographical area. Sales are made through newly established relationships with School District Superintendents, School Boards and Curriculum and Technology Directors via one-on-one in-person meetings, conference calls, and large presentations. I work closely with the implementation team to ensure perfect training of school staff.

Hours Worked: 40
Work Conditions: Elementary, Middle and High Schools
Current Salary: $75,000 plus commission
Starting Salary: $75,000 plus commission

Education Required: College graduate, with preferred majors in Business, Accounting, Economics, and Education

Skills Required:
- Ability to quickly grasp, and communicate, technical and scientific concepts
- Must have a proven track record in selling complex, multiple buyer accounts.
- Some sales experience in the educational sales market.
- Results-oriented, detail-oriented team player.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
