Profession/Title: Senior Corporate Attorney
Description of Job:
Negotiate and document a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions for a major corporation. More specifically, negotiate and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements, with emphasis on secured transactions, real estate and equipment leases, service agreements, purchase and sale agreements and consulting agreements. Manage bankruptcies. Provide general legal counsel to clients.
Hours Worked: Varies, but generally 9-6
Work Conditions: Satisfactory
Current Salary: $175,000
Starting Salary: Depends on experience and expertise
Education Required: Law Degree (J.D.)
Skills Required:
Strong communication and analytical skills. Good judgment. Good interpersonal skills.
